Service Description

The program will build toward the preseason fitness test(s), which ultimately are just a reflection of whether players are fit enough to play the game at a high level over 80 minutes. Everything in the program is designed to prepare them for that challenge—structured intervals, progressive conditioning, and measurable benchmarks to track how they’re improving. There will also be layered days of technical fitness with a ball, mirroring the demands of the game. It will be tough, but purposeful, and anyone who completes it will be more fit than they likely ever have been before. In person sessions at Northfield will be 7:30-8:30 am on the following dates: June: 6, 9, 13, 16, 18, 25 Self Report Fitness Schedule (a plan will be provided for the following dates for players to complete on their own): June 30, July 2, 7, 9, 14, 16 In-person fitness testing will take place on July 23rd. 7:30-8:30 am Always bring: Running shoes, cleats, and water.


Cancellation Policy

By registering for this program, participants are committing to the full set of scheduled sessions. All program fees are paid in full at the time of registration and cover the entire duration of the program, regardless of individual attendance. Missed sessions will not be refunded, credited, or rescheduled. Participation in each session is the responsibility of the registrant. By completing registration, you acknowledge and accept that no portion of the program fee is refundable due to absence, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances. This policy ensures fairness to all participants and allows for consistent planning and program delivery.
