Summer Conditioning Program
Where: In-person at Northfield
When: 7:30-8:30 am
June Dates (in person):
6, 9 13, 16 18, 25 + In person July 23rd.
These sessions will be a unique combination of technical fitness with the ball, as well conditioning without the ball (at times we will be purely on the track.) We will begin by getting a baseline of fitness on day 1, and then we will build from there. Please be sure to ALWAYS BRING running shoes, cleats, a soccer ball, and water!!
July Self Report Fitness Schedule:
June 30, July 2, 7, 9, 14, 16
For these dates, players will be provided a packet to be completed on their own. In the packet there will be a daily warmup routine, fitness programming, and technical fitness exercises. There will be an in-person testing date on the 23rd of July to see where they are at and how they are pacing toward being fit for tryouts.
